Executive Business Resources is a full service business solutions company. We provide solutions in non-profit association management, event planning and event staffing. We have experience managing associations in financial planning, planned giving, insurance, government relations, real estate, and housing authority. We also plan corporate events such as monthly meetings, tradeshows, luncheons, golf outings and banquets. We also can provide additional staffing for any tradeshow or corporate event including speakers, event presenters, and lead gatherers.
ABOUT THE OWNER:
M. Linda Failing, Owner of Executive Business Resources, took over the company in 1990 after a career in commercial banking and lending, including positions in Systems and Information Analysis. She set about changing the company from a secretarial service to offering services such as association and business management, event planning and other associated services. 
Linda grounded herself and her company in OBACI (Oak Brook Association of Commerce and Industry). She was a member of several committees before being elected President , a position she currently holds. Ms. Failing has lent her efforts to membership in the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Chicago Association forum, American Society of Association Executive and was listed in the Who’s Who in Executive Professionals.
In 1999, she was honored as one of the “Influential Women in Business” sponsored by the National Association of Women Business Owners and The Business Ledger.
She has spent several years volunteering at her church, is a trained grief counselor and currently volunteers as a minister of care at Central DuPage Hospital. She has also mentored other woman business owners.
